REFUNDS & RETURNS
We accept refund inquiries only for the purchases processed at this website. / For the purchases processes at the store in Indonesia there are no refunds accepted as you have chance to try the goods and check their quality personally. The returns are acceptable at the store in Indonesia during 3 days in case if proved that goods were not used, cashier check is attached and the reason of return is “wrong size” of the good. In that case Hedonist Store will offer good in size needed. All other cases numbers are a subject of decision of the sales manager./
Hedonist Store accepts returns for (online purchases) Contracts within 14 days of the original purchase of the Contract. To issue the request for refund, fill the RETURN FORM and send it to email: hedonist.customercare@gmail.com with the title “REFUND”. Be kind to explain the reason you are not satisfied with the item and attach photos as a proof.
The items you return must be unworn and in their original condition save for your right to inspect the goods and try on the garments. It is your responsibility to ensure that you package the returned goods adequately so that it arrives back to Hedonist Store undamaged.
Please note, we don’t accept returns for women’s swim bottoms, one-piece swimsuits, lingerie items, earrings (jewelry sets including earrings) and other jewelry items that are considered to contact human microflora. We will also not accept returns on items that are made-to order and items under promotion or sale.
Hedonist Store is not responsible for delivery items lost in transit.
To issue the request for refund, fill the FORM send it to email: hedonist.customercare@gmail.com with title “REFUND”. Be kind to explain the reason you are not satisfied with the item and attach photos as a proof. Hedonist Store will contact the Brand of the item and transfer your request.
Once confirmation has been received from the Brand, proceed with returning the item.
Items must be returned to Hedonist Store within 14 days of having your ‘request for refund’ approved by the Brand. As the Item is received, Hedonist Store will process your refund to your original payment method (PayPal or credit/debit card).
EXCHANGES
Exchanges can be made on like for like products, i.e. if you require a different size. If another product is required then you will have to request a refund and follow the refund procedure.
GENERAL
-The returns postage will be of the customer's own expense and will not be reimbursed.
- All expenses for import duties & taxes charged by Indonesian Customs are on customer side. We will get the notification and send it to you for payment or cut from the initial payment.
International Taxes & Duties:
- Please be aware that if you are purchasing online from outside Indonesia, you may be charged custom duties and taxes. These duties and taxes are not included in the price of the goods and are not included in the overall shipping cost.
-Hedonist Store takes no responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be imposed by receiving country.
-According to customs regulations, Shopcider cannot declare purchased items as gifts or list an amount lower than the actual product price, which according to Indonesian Law must be performed in Indonesian rupiah (IDR).
-Taxes are more likely to be applied to an order that has been shipped with Express shipping.
