Refunds & Returns
RETURNS FOR FASHION PURCHASES:
If you received an item and wish to return it for any reason, please inform Hedonist Store in writing within 14 days.
We will offer you to fill the RETURN FORM and send it to email: hedonist.customercare@gmail.com.
The items you return must be unworn and in their original condition save for your right to inspect the goods and try on the garments. It is your responsibility to ensure that you package the returned goods adequately so that it arrives back to Hedonist Store undamaged.
Please note, we don’t accept returns for women’s swim bottoms, one-piece swimsuits, lingerie items, earrings (jewelry sets including earrings) and other jewelry items that are considered to contact human microflora. We will also not accept returns on items under promotion or sales.
Hedonist Store is not responsible for delivery items lost in transit.
RETURNS FOR ART PURCHASES:
All art objects purchased from Hedonist Art Gallery are not refundable and not accepted for returns.
REFUND FOR FASHION PURCHASES:
To issue the request for refund, fill the FORM send it to email: hedonist.customercare@gmail.com with title “REFUND”. Be kind to explain the reason you are not satisfied with the item and attach photos as a proof. Hedonist Store will contact the Brand of the item and transfer your request.
Once confirmation has been received from the Brand, proceed with returning the item.
Items must be returned to Hedonist Store within 14 days of having your ‘request for refund’ approved by the Brand. As the Item is received, Hedonist Store will process your refund to your original payment method (PayPal or credit/debit card).
REFUND FOR ART PURCHASES:
Refund for purchase of any art objects at Hedonist Art Gallery is not acceptable. With exceptions for specific cases
FAULTY ITEMS
If an item becomes faulty after wear, you are entitled to query a refund or exchange within 28 days of receiving an order. Please provide a detailed description of the fault together with photographic evidence and contact Hedonist store by sending the FORM. Once the Brand has reviewed this information and received the item back to their warehouse any decision to honour a refund is at its discretion and based on the evidence provided by the customer.
If a garment has been made and produced according to your exact measurements, neither Hedonist Store nor the Brand is under obligation to accept a return, however you still can email us hedonist.customercare@gmail.com to discuss your individual case.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges can be made on like for like products, i.e. if you require a different size. If another product is required then you will have to request a refund and follow the refund procedure.
SHIPPING COSTS ON REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Hedonist Store will only cover the cost of postage on returns if your order is faulty. We do not cover the cost of postage on returns due to dissatisfaction or a change of heart.
